Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a cognitive behavioral treatment that was originally developed to treat chronically suicidal individuals diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and it is now recognized as the gold standard psychological treatment for this population. In addition, research has shown that it is effective in treating a wide range of other disorders such as substance dependence, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and eating disorders. DBT skills include skills for mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Fee Schedule
$150.00 – $175.00 per 50 min session
Method of Payment
We are a private practice, operate on a fee-for-service basis, and DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE.
Payment is expected at time of service. We accept cash, checks, health savings account, and all major credit cards as a form of payment.
Upon request we will provide an insurance form that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
